The challenge
After the success of the Barcelona edition, a prestigious US Law University asked us to deliver a week-long trustees’ congress in Lisbon. The challenge was to maintain the highest standards of security for internationally renowned guests, while creating an authentic journey through Lisbon’s culture, gastronomy and heritage.
What we did
Over 16 months of planning, we designed a rich programme across 24 venues in the city. Guests enjoyed private access to national monuments, palaces and cultural landmarks. Michelin-starred dining and a gala dinner in an 18th-century palace provided highlights. We worked with embassies, intelligence services and local police to ensure discretion and security at every step. Alongside the main congress, we created a spouses’ itinerary of cultural visits and workshops, making the week inclusive and engaging for all.
The result
The Lisbon programme exceeded expectations and reaffirmed our ability to deliver at the highest level. Guests valued the balance of security and cultural immersion, while the University confirmed its commitment to future editions with us.
