The challenge
A prestigious US Law University entrusted us with hosting one of its most important annual gatherings: a week-long visit for trustees, faculty and Supreme Court Justices. Iventions planned and organised the conference for one of the largest Universities of Law in the United States of America, as well as an exclusive week-long programme in Barcelona for the high-profile guests and their spouses. The challenge went far beyond logistics. We needed to orchestrate a delicate balance of discretion and prestige, combining top-level security with unforgettable cultural experiences. With multiple moving parts across the city, venues, transfers, guest services and international protocols, every element had to be synchronised with absolute precision.
What we did
We engineered an itinerary that transformed Barcelona into a private stage for our guests. Seventeen carefully chosen venues became the backdrop for the week: historic landmarks, exclusive wineries, art-filled gardens and iconic rooftop terraces. We worked hand-in-hand with five security agencies to guarantee a seamless and discreet flow at every step, from airport arrivals to gala evenings. Bespoke experiences included a private tour of the Sagrada Família, intimate dinners in modernist landmarks, and a tailored spouses’ programme with cultural visits. Every logistical detail, accreditation, transport, content capture, hospitality, was delivered by our international team with warmth and precision.

The result was a flawless week of cultural immersion and connection at the very highest level. Guests praised not only the flawless organisation but also the human touches that made the programme deeply memorable. The University highlighted the week as a milestone in strengthening its global relationships, combining the best of academic prestige with Barcelona’s unique spirit.
