The challenge
Our mission was to elevate the venue beyond a conventional setting into a fully immersive ecosystem for meaningful engagement. The challenge lay in striking the perfect balance between professional congress requirements and relaxed relationship-building, while ensuring every design detail was centered on three pillars: learning, collaboration and celebration.
What we did
At the striking venue, we fused luxury with logistics, we designed and delivered a multi-day congress where every space became a platform for strategic storytelling. From the main congress stage to breakout zones, we engineered intuitive flows, branded environments, and seamless guest experience to keep content at the core and engagement high. Each day began with morning yoga sessions to centre the mind before deep strategic work. Across the programme, we curated keynotes, interactive sessions and collaboration areas, balancing focus with space to connect. Local flavours took centre stage with wine-paired regional dinners. Sustainability was built-in, leveraging the venue's 100% water-recycling system. The pinnacle? The Menzies Mini Olympics. Teams competed in the resort's stunning surroundings, turning strategy into shared achievement.
The result
The event achieved a harmony of business and pleasure, leaving attendees inspired on all fronts. Every space – from high-energy conference rooms to intimate candlelit dinners – carried the distinctive Menzies signature while feeling authentically rooted in its Catalan setting. Post-event feedback praised this as Menzies' most cohesive and impactful global gathering to date, setting a new benchmark for their future events. The success has paved the way for ongoing collaboration as we continue to innovate their event experiences.
