ISE: Elevating the global stage for AV and systems integration

We reimagined ISE’s entire conference experience across Fira de Barcelona, Gran Vía, delivering a four-day programme built around thoughtful design and seamless execution. We created five distinct conference stages, each tailored with bespoke design solutions, from eye-catching entrances and curated furniture layouts to fully integrated AV systems and smooth backstage coordination. The AV Experience Zone (in collaboration with AVIXA) was conceived as an interactive, elegant space, while the Digital Signage Boulevard was brought to life with immersive staging and strategically placed engagement points. The Live Events Arena was designed as an open, wall-less venue that invited dynamic presentations and audience interaction. Meanwhile, two separate networking areas offered a perfect balance of visibility and discretion, enabling high-level dialogue in a relaxed setting. Finally, the Products Highlight Area showcased cutting-edge innovations in a purpose-built environment that combined clarity, storytelling and impact. Our team oversaw every aspect of production, from technical direction, conference and speaker management, and live show calling, to branding, space allocation and on-site support, ensuring every moment was delivered with precision and intent.
