What we did
We produced two complementary activations that brought the FedEx brand to life. At the Atatürk Olympic Stadium, we designed a refined lounge with bespoke staging, dynamic branding and curated entertainment. At the hotel, we delivered an exclusive pre-match business reception, featuring a custom welcome desk and elevated hospitality design. Experiences were carefully curated to blend global prestige with Turkish culture, including live ice-carving, a DJ, a traditional coffee ritual and a fortune-teller. Our team managed every aspect of concept, build, logistics and guest experience with precision, ensuring a cohesive journey across both venues.
The challenge
As an official UEFA global sponsor marking its 50th anniversary, FedEx needed a premium activation that impressed guests before, during and after the Champions League Final. The challenge was to deliver seamless experiences at both the stadium and the hotel while keeping brand consistency, refined hospitality and complete client discretion at the heart of every detail.
The result
Across four days and two venues, we created a flawless guest journey that reflected FedEx’s global stature and embraced Istanbul’s local culture. With two weeks of assembly and disassembly and seamless coordination throughout, we delivered a programme that combined creative flair with absolute precision, reinforcing FedEx’s brand as a global partner of UEFA.
