Developed and delivered the fastest growing and leading insurtech congress worldwide: Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA).
What we did
We developed and delivered the full production of DIA Amsterdam 2022. We transformed historic industrial buildings into a series of bold, branded spaces with a modern finish. Our goal: to create a physical environment that reflected the pace and ambition of the sector. Each venue was designed to flow between talks, product showcases and breakout moments. We coordinated five unique locations across the city, ensuring each one served a distinct role, main stage content, networking zones, workshops and immersive partner areas. From high-level keynotes to in-depth panels and hands-on demos, we managed the full guest journey and technical production across three packed days. Our work included venue coordination, full congress management, risk prevention protocols, sponsor servicing, hospitality, AV production, signage and on-site guest services.
The result
DIA Amsterdam became the most dynamic edition to date: over 1,300 guests, 60+ international speakers, 24 tailored sessions, and countless meaningful encounters between tech innovators and insurance leaders. The event was a benchmark in content flow, spatial clarity and brand presence.
