UK Pavilion at Smart City Expo: Connecting smart solutions

For the second year running, we had the pleasure of designing a stand for this client at Smart City, an event that in 2025 welcomed more than 27,000 attendees from 143 countries. The space was carefully optimised so each partner had an equal, clearly defined niche to showcase their innovations. Sustainable materials and local suppliers reduced environmental impact, while wood and greenery created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A fully equipped stage with screen, wireless headphones, microphones and distributed sound supported daily talks, complemented by an all-day barista that kept the stand active and inviting.

The stand became a natural meeting point throughout the event, drawing strong footfall and sustained engagement across talks, partner showcases and hospitality. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the client sharing their thanks in a follow-up email and publicly on LinkedIn. The response reflected a space that worked both operationally and emotionally, strengthening the overall presence at Smart City 2025.
