The challenge
The event demanded elevated design, meticulous planning and flawless execution. With only limited time to prepare, we were tasked with creating a five-day hackathon for a global audience in a unique industrial venue in Poblenou. We had to deliver a world-class experience that balanced workspaces, leisure areas and activations, while ensuring every detail, from catering to production, reflected the client’s premium standards in the crypto industry.
What we did
In partnership with Brownys Event Productions, we created a five-day hackathon that merged innovation with precision. Hosted in a striking venue in Poblenou, the event welcomed 200 participants from around the world. We designed every element with care: creative floor plans, bespoke furniture, branded décor, dedicated work and meeting spaces, and immersive leisure areas. Entertainment included live paella cooking by one of Spain’s top chefs, music, and special acts, complemented by photo booths, massage stations and games. Exclusive catering ran throughout, supported by full staffing and AV production. To close, we staged a spectacular finale at an exclusive Barcelona beach club, setting the perfect backdrop for celebration.
The result
Hackathon 2022 became a benchmark in the crypto industry. Across five days, 200 international participants enjoyed a premium environment that balanced innovation with inspiration. From curated workspaces to world-class entertainment, every detail was delivered with precision.
