The challenge
We were tasked with creating a world-class hospitality experience for one of the most prestigious new sporting events. The brief was clear: host and impress international VIPs and celebrities in an environment that combined exclusivity, elegance and flawless service. With the island location facing Venice, every detail had to reinforce the premium stature of the event while ensuring seamless guest management and discretion throughout.
What we did
We designed and delivered a bespoke hospitality zone tailored to the calibre of the event and its guests. From the first concept to final execution, we created an environment of elegance with premium styling, intuitive zoning, and seamless service flows. International stars including Tom Brady, Will Smith, Marc Anthony and Rafael Nadal were among the VIPs we hosted. The private island setting, enhanced with refined design touches and a warm Mediterranean atmosphere, offered an exclusive retreat within sight of the action. With meticulous focus on guest experience, service design and brand integration, we transformed the hospitality space into a stage of prestige, comfort and connection.
The result
We delivered an experience that elevated the prestige of the E1 Series: Champions of the Water. By uniting comfort, elegance and discretion in one of the world’s most iconic settings, we exceeded expectations and reinforced our position as the trusted sports hospitality partner when the stakes are highest.
