Ola Rajska

As Head of Creative, I oversee the creative, conceptual and design output of Iventions. I hold a Master's degree in Design Management & Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Interior Design. Originally from Poland, I spent twelve years in London, collaborating with leading agencies and globally renowned brands such as Google, NBC, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon and Netflix across the UK, Europe and the US.

At Iventions, I have the pleasure of leading a talented creative team in planning and executing innovative solutions for a broad range of global campaigns, live experiences and crafting immersive large-scale events. My strategic vision, concept development skills and storytelling expertise are crucial in achieving the highest quality outputs. Drawing on my experience with international events and inspiring projects, I design and develop tailored creative concepts and formats for our event productions.
