Delphine Arséguel

I’m Delphine, Exhibits & Events Project Manager at Iventions. I’m native French and hold a Master’s Degree in International Business Administration & Management. After growing-up in Toulouse and living for a while in Madrid, I fell in love with Barcelona and decided to move and settle in this effervescent city back in 2003.

Planning and organising events has long been a passion of mine. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of planning, producing and executing multiple festivals for the performing arts, music and cinema sectors, including Cruïlla, Barcelona Acció Musical, Esperanzah! and the Mediterranean Social Forum. I’ve also collaborated with globally renowned brands such as Silversea Cruises, Intel, Cisco, Samsung, Business France, Hubspot, Bioderma, Orange, BNP and many more. In addition to managing international teams of up to 200 people and producing themed events for up to 3,000 attendees, I have also worked on European tradeshows and exhibitions such as Mobile World Congress, CPHI and Integrated Systems Europe.

I’ve also got a track record of producing creative bespoke events in challenging destinations and implementing tight logistics and operations plans. From a FIFA World Cup’s PR event in Russia and an amazing high-end gala dinner on the island of Gorée, Senegal, to a week-long incentive programme in Mauritius and a product launch on one of the world’s biggest 5-masted sailing ships.

With more than 20 years of experience in the event industry, I am a management, production and operations expert. But there are still many things on my to-do list and joining Iventions is the opportunity to keep on learning. It is great to be surrounded by so many talented and creative minds in-house – we all know that teamwork means going the extra mile and having fun while you do it!
