Cathleen Rodriguez

Hello, my name is Cathleen Rodriguez, and I am very excited to be an intern in the Project Management Team at Iventions. I am from Ingolstadt, a small city located near Munich in Germany. I am a very open-minded, curious and friendly person and I love making new experiences and getting to know new people, places and cultures from all over the world.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in international management with a specialisation in Operations Supply Chain Management. During the last year of my studies, I started an internship at an event agency in Munich where I worked for almost an entire year. I was a part of big congresses like the Aftersales forum for BMW and the honour ceremony of the German Blood Donor service.

After this experience I knew that I found my career path which I want to pursue. Because of my studies abroad in Madrid during my bachelor’s and my international background, being half German, Bolivian and growing up in Spain I decided to go abroad again and Iventions was the perfect opportunity for me.

I got the chance to live in the city I was born and to work at a great agency where I can follow my career path.

For me Iventions is the perfect opportunity to gain more experience and to learn from the best! I have the chance to work alongside with highly skilled professionals who created big events like UEFA, Final 4, Adevinta Ignite and much, much more. I am very proud and excited to be a part of this amazing team which helps me develop and strengthen my personal and professional skills.
