We created premium lounges and experiences for the climax of the 2022-2023 Euroleague Final Four season for 2500 VIPs.

Case

The Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four is the pinnacle of the European basketball season. The Euroleague Final Four brings together the four top teams of the season to battle it out to become the ultimate champion and solidify their status as the best in Europe. Final Four is the most prized event on the European calendar for basketball clubs, fans and media with the event attracting huge interest from famous VIPs and sponsors. The 2022-2023 Final Four took place in the state-of-the-art Zalgiris Arena in Kaunas, Lithuania. Considering the importance of the event in the basketball world and the influence of the guests, it was paramount a creative, engaging and modern concept was created to ensure an unforgettable experience. We overcame the logistical challenge of hosting such an internationally significant event in a small city of Kaunas by finding the quality local suppliers and providers that could deliver a world-class hospitality experience for our VIP guests.

Work process

Continuing our valued partnership with Euroleague basketball, Iventions had the privilege of producing premium VIP experiences at another edition of Final Four. This year, Europe’s elite basketball tournament was held in the vibrant city of Kaunas. We wanted to go beyond expectation and deliver experiences for guests that would captivate and delight in equal measure. In addition to delivering stunning AV and branding elements, we placed a huge emphasis on guest management, ensuring that our VIPs experienced moments so captivating that they couldn’t resist sharing them on social media. An example of this was the entrance to our Premium Lounge, where a striking centerpiece served as an irresistible backdrop, enticing guests to capture photos to share.

This year, we took the entertainment factor to new heights by introducing captivating basketball freestyle shows, electrifying break-dancers and intriguing live commentary sessions with basketball legends. We went above and beyond for our esteemed Platinum level guests; we provided live music performances and a dedicated lounge area equipped with a large LED screen. This ensured that even when guests were not seated in the arena, they could still be fully immersed in the thrilling on-court action.

The careful, curated selection of these captivating new elements, combined with our unwavering commitment to premium hospitality, elevated the satisfaction of the esteemed guests to new heights.

Preparing an event in such a beautiful setting such as the Zalgiris Arena in Kaunas was a great pleasure and allowed us to concentrate on creative solutions, engaging entertainment and activations.
