For the third time in Amsterdam, we developed and managed the fastest growing and leading insurtech congress worldwide: Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA).

Case

After 5 successful editions all around Europe, Iventions organised and produced the third edition of Digital Insurance Agenda congress in Amsterdam. DIA introduces more than 75 startups in the field of insurtech, presenting the most pioneering innovations and latest solutions within insurance technology. With each edition, DIA becomes more and more popular. This time it was extended to 3 event days in order to gather even more inspiring minds on and off the stage.

The primary goal of the last DIA in Amsterdam was to share the latest industry news, spark innovation and create meaningful conversations between attendees. One additional event day in combination with perfectly designed networking environment enabled many industry connections to be created. Digital Insurance Agenda is the absolute leader within its field and Iventions made sure to match their hunger for innovation by developing a dynamic and unique congress.

Work process

For the third time, Iventions and Digital Insurance Agenda selected the creative city of Amsterdam as their location. We contrasted the look of the industrial, old buildings with a modern design and on-trend furniture. With domes, temporary structures, interview areas and even a fountain bar; the DIA lounge was extended to the garden, offering an open-air networking area. We created an exclusive space in which top insurtech leaders could inspire and be inspired.

Within the venues, we creatively set up VIP spaces, sponsor areas, meeting rooms, the best conference spaces and hospitality areas. Dynamic buffets with innovative gastronomy, lively networking environments and an executive dinner for 80 guests were festivities organised to delight our C-level audience. The content offered in the latest Amsterdam edition was richer than ever before. At all times the attendees were offered a broad choice of presentations, workshops and video projections of past editions. A new format was introduced during the first event day with different activities distributed between 5 venues to provide the best guest experience and a considerable variety of options.
